Suggest Treatment For Acute Rhinitis

Question : I got some problem in my nose. It looks like a group of small yellow bubbles inside the left side of my nose and I can see that very easily. It started yesterday and it is paining a lot right now.
I remember it happened to me long back and doctor gave me anti allergic or anti biotic and this got resolved.
I cannot even touch my nose right now. It is not visible from outside.

I have read your query , reviewed your medications and understand your concern.

After reading your clinical history it appears that you are most probably having acute rhinitis .

If I were your treating Doctor for this case , I would advice you
Saline nasal rinse thrice daily to clear nose,
combination of Antihistaminic levocetirizine + Montelukast at night to decrease production of mucus ,
Antibiotic azithromycin once daily &
Paracetamol for pain .

You will get relief .

You will need prescription for medication.
