Brief Answer:
Acute Sinusitis...

Detailed Answer:
Hi

Thanks for posting the query

The symptoms described by you seems to be of acute sinusitis and gastroenteritis.

As it has started 10days back, it would be appropriate to start on oral broad spectrum antibiotics such as a combination of amoxicillin and clavulanic acid or cefuroxime.

My suggestions to you are:
1. Drink plenty of warm water.
2. Do steam inhalation at least 2-3 times a day for 2 minutes.
3. Use saline nasal spray as frequently as possible.
4. Try taking mucolytics such as ambroxol or bromhexiene to clear the blocked sinus secretions if any.
5. Oral rehydration salts for rectifying the electrolyte imbalance caused because of diarrhea.
6. Lactobacillus replacement 3 times a day.

With these measures you should feel better within a couple of days.

Hope I have answered your query; I'll be available for the follow up queries.
