I am a 42 year old female with generally good health up until I was told by A&E around 2 years ago that I have acute stomach ulcers. I have no medication for this....6 weeks ago I went to the doctors as I just wasn't feeling right.Im lucky if I visit a doctor once a year.My bloods have come back that I have more red blood cells and I have low blood pressure.Nothing to be concerned about. I am sick every day and spent a lot of time in bed.Tired, sore and very tender in my stomach, dizzy, muddy poo, feel like vomiting, lack of concentration, cant drink coffee/wine/fizzy or eat any fatty food without some sort of discomfort. Could this be gall stones. ??
Chill. No Gallstone issues. To get better quickly, just do this...
Detailed Answer:
Dear,
I am Dr. Neel Kudchadkar and I will help you solve your problems.
Thank you for being concerned about your health, which is precious, and having faith in healthcaremagic.com
You mention that you were informed that you had ulcers in your stomach; these are called as gastric ulcers. These ulcers can be very troublesome, painful, inconvenient and finally XXXXXXX you of your peace of mind. Once upon a time, they used to be a bother, both for the doctor and the patient, and mind you, especially the patient, who had to face the music.
Dear, I think it's like more than a decade into the 21st century.
Times have changed, treatments for your problem have become very cheap and effective.
Relax. You'll be OK. Soon. And NO, THEY AREN'T GALLSTONES.SO, NO EXCESSIVE EXPENSES.
Let's first take a look at what stomach ulcers really are. As you are aware you can digest food because of the fact that your stomach contains acid. This dissolves the food, and helps your body nourish itself. The problems begin to start when too much acid is created in the stomach. This then can 'leak' into your esophagus (food pipe) or intestines. What makes this more so for the worse is that there are a family of germs (bugs, the bad guys) called as Helicobacter Pylori, or H.Pylori for short. They infect your stomach and *THRIVE* on the acid. And *they* cause these ulcers.
So what? How do we get rid of our horrible ulcers, like, forever?
Dear, I am politely asking you to do yourself a favour and cobble up the expenses to go to a local doctor, just once, and be very vocal and forward as regards this important stuff.
He or she will then give you these cheap and effective medicines.
It's called the triple therapy.
1. Omeprazole 20 mg twice daily.
2. Amoxicillin 1000mg twice daily.
3. Clarithromycin 500mg twice daily.
These medicines have to be taken for a week or two.
You can now bid so long to your ulcers.
I know it for a fact that all the problems you are describing so graphically are due to H.Pylori infection of your stomach.
And we know it for a fact that you'll start feeling better as soon as you take the 'meds'.
