Question : My son who has what seems to be bite marks and it's spreading all over his body and he is very itchy

Thanks for the query.
Probably he has developed acute urticaria an allergic reaction.
I treat such cases with a mild steroid cream like cortisone twice daily for a week and antihistamine tablet to control itch.
If possible upload a photograph of the involved area.
This will help me in giving a closer diagnosis and better way of management.
