Brief Answer:
Chemotherapy indicated

Detailed Answer:
Hi and welcome.
I am sorry about your brother and his serious diagnosis.
This is advanced stage of tumor and high grade squamous carcinoma staged as pt4 means that tumor invaded organs around bladder. This is bad sign, but it is imprtant that surgery was succesful and now he mus undergo chemotherapy and radiotherapy if available since tumor is not completely removed.
Survival rate is not easy to predict. For this type and stage,5 year survival is less than 20%. 1 year survival is 50-60%. Chemotherapy probably cant lead to compltete cure but it will prolong life and improve quality of life. Wish you good health. Regards
