Detailed Answer:
Hi
Thanks for being at healthcaremagic
I am Dr Asmeet Kaur Sawhney.
To slow down the ageing process use a broad spectrum sunscreen lotion on the entire sunexposed areas during the day time at intervals of 3-4 hours along with a moisturising cream containing white soft paraffin on the affected areas at night.
Besides this you can continue with triluma cream to fade dark spots but under the supervision of the doctor.
On the dry spots use some mild steroid like cortisone cream twice daily for 2-3 weeks.
Also don't use harsh soaps for bathing, use soap free cleanser for bathing, don't use hot water for bathing, instead use lukewarm water, don't sit in centrally heated rooms, take plenty of fruits and vegetables and keep yourself hydrated.
These measures will help in slowing the changes of ageing on your skin.
Regards
Dr Asmeet
