Brief Answer:
Take treatment as advised
Detailed Answer:
Hello,
I have gone through your question and understand your concern.
Lexapro dose is increased gradually.
As 5 mg is starting dose, it can be increased to 10 mg if needed.
Get prescription from treating Neurologist or psychiatrist.
Morning dosing can be given if associated sedation is not a problem.
Hope you found the answer helpful.

The psychiatrist is better than neurologist in dealing with behavioural problems.
