Brief Answer:
Symptoms would resolve in a few days.

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

Thank you for posting your query.

I have noted your symptoms and am glad to note that you are gradually recovering after the accident.

Air in the brain is called pneumocephalus, and it happens because of skull bone fracture. The fracture heals on own in most cases, and we expect the same in your case too. You would not require any operation for this.

Numbness in the area described by you is because of injury to the nerves in that region. This injury also heals on own, but it may take a few days to a few weeks.

You can take vitamin B12 and other nerve nutritional supplements such as NUROKIND NEXT capsules one per day.

I was in Tirupathi yesterday for attending a conference and returned to XXXXXXX today.

If needed, you can consult good neurologists in XXXXXXX also.

I hope my answer helps. Please get back if you have any follow up queries or if you require any additional information.

Wishing you good health,
