Question : Hi

My SGPT is high at 53.1 and GAMMA GT high at 112.5. I drink anywhere between 180 - 270 ml of vodka every day. Is there an immediate concern?

The rise in SGPT as well as GGT is likely to be due to your alcoholism. If you are not worried about a slow progression to a very miserable death, let me assure you that you have no immediate concern and can even feel free to celebrate that by consuming more alcohol. If however, you heed to the health of your liver, please care to stop drinking.
