Brief Answer:
You need to use anti-allergic and decongestant eye drops.

Detailed Answer:
Hello
Welcome to Health care Magic

I am Dr. Dadapeer K, an ophthalmologist and I will be answering your question.

I reviewed your history.
It seems from the history that you are having allergic reaction following the use of Zoxan eye drops and Zymaxid (both are antibiotic eye drops).
The treatment you are on in the form of Cetrizine, ocupol ointment and refresh tears is in right direction.
Along with this eye drops you need to use antiallergic eye drops and decongestant eye drops for symptomatic relief from symptoms of itching, watering, pricking...

Hence I would like to advice you to advice you to use antiallergic eye drops like olopatadine eye drops and decongestant eye drops like ocurest eye drops.

Hope this information is helpful to you. Do write back to me for further questions.

Thank you
With regards
