Brief Answer:
Allergic skin reaction

Detailed Answer:
Hi again

You have developed an allergic contact dermatitis of the face.
Such an allergy of the face is common in people who use retino cream.
You should stop it's application for a few days .
You need to start application of a mild topical steroid cream like cortisone over the affected areas twice a day .
In addition, use a sunscreen with spf of atleast 26 regularly over the face everytime you go out in the sun .
Sunlight can exacerbate any kind of skin eczema, so adequate sun protection is essential .
Also you might need to take some oral antihistamine like claritin once a day for the next two to three days to bring down the allergic reaction .
Once the reaction and redness completely subside, you can restart application of the retino cream but make sure you apply only a small amount and that too without rubbing into the skin .
Use it only at night.

Hope it helps
Please ask if you need any further clarifications
