Symptoms due to allergy
Detailed Answer:
Hi
Welcome to Healthcaremagic
Greetings of the day
Dear Ms
Going by description of your symptoms it is due to allergy to farm dust . If there is absence of fever and breathlessness then there is no cause for concern.
As you have already taken anti allergy medication and there has been no improvement, I would suggest you the following
1. Wear mask while working at farm
2. Warm Saline gargling : To a glass of lukewarm water add 2 spoons of common table salt. Gargle the throat with it thrice a day.
It will help relieve the congestion and aid in expulsion of secretions.
3. Combination of antihistamine like Cetrizine and Montelukast will be helpful in helping with respiratory symptoms.
4. If there is wheezing or high grade fever then do consult your physician for assessment.
Do get back to me if you need any further assistance, will be glad to assist you.
Take care
Best regards
