Question : hi I have skin colored bumps on my entire face now they are under my chin aswell I also have watery eyes with some discharge the rash on my face feels like it's burning but it's not hot I'm also wheezing and have a cough. the rash has been getting worse over the last 2 days I'm also so tired what could it be

hi i tried to get a photo but it doesn't show up as they are skin color it feels rough like sand paper

Take anti inflammatory drugs like Deslor 5mg once a day for 5 days and Tab.Levocetrizine thrice daily.If it doesn't resolve ,then you have to go for antibiotics.
Do not worry,It will resolve within 3 days.
Avoid staying in dusty and allergic environment.
