Question : hi I am 32 years old male and I think any insect has bitten me badly few days back in my leg and I did nit apply any medicin thinking it will go away. now this has increased and mild iching sensations are coming and its circumferance increasing. please let me know which cream or tab I should take. I feel like scratcing it again nd again. I am diabetic and it is in control.

Here is what I think you should do-
1, you can try anti allergy medicines. Something like lecocetrizine should help you as long as it is taken orally.
In addition to this, you should try a steroidal based cream. taking this with antibacterial will only help- in view of your diabetic status. Both steroids and antibiotics need not be taken internally, at this stage. You can try this as betnovate cream, or any other brand, as available locally
If an ulcer forms, oral antibiotics will be needed

does this look like any insect bite or can be anything else. I ll buy lecocetrizin and betnovate. I think it shoould be good wid that. please reply
