Brief Answer:
It looks like a Allergic reaction.

Detailed Answer:
Hi
I saw the pic.
It looks like a Allergic reaction to a bite.
In my opinion, you should take Antihistamine tablet containing cetrizine and antiinflammatory tablet such as ibuprofen. Both these agents are available over the counter. Besides the two, antibiotic like Cefuroxime tablet may be used to prevent secondary infection. Sometimes, I also add Corticosteroid tablet containing Dexamethasone. Antibiotic and dexamethasone are prescription drugs though.

With this regimen, I expect you to get better.

Hope I answered your query.
Wish you good health and speedy recovery.
Regards
