Question : I am allergic to perfumes as hell.
As soon as I am around the person who has perfumed himself I started sneezing.

Start nasal spray containing steroids.

Thanks for your question on HCM.
I can understand your concern.
You are having sneezing reflex on perfume smell.
This is natural body response. Your nose is hypersensitive to certain smell and hence on exposure to it you get sneezing.
No need to worry much for this.
But you can try intranasal spray containing steroids and oral combination of antihistamine and anti allergic drugs.
Best treatment is avoidance of smell.
