My name is XXXXXXX
I have used Tenovate G, Dipsalic and Pama Malam (mixute of all 3) and have applied to my face probably 8 years ago. At the time I had facial reaction and contacted local doctors which has stopped reaction.
I have been very patient and given 8 year time to recover but what is bothering me is since I have used all three creams above I have completely lost my skin colour (much darker then my actual skin colour) and also immediately I go out in sun my skin go much darker till date.
Can I have any suggestion?

I am sorry to hear that you are having problems with your skin after using steroid creams on your face for 8 years. Unfortunately there is nothing that can be done. The long use of steroid creams on your face has caused damage and thinning of your skin to the point it can't be reversed. I am so sorry that your doctors didn't follow you closely enough to warn you about side effects from your creams.

Dear sir I was not expecting the answer above.. But sadly this a very breaking news for me.

Unfortunately the temovate is a very strong steroid and can cause damage rapidly if used on sensitive areas like the face. It caused the skin to produce more pigment cells. This is the reason for the darker skin and the sensitivity to sunlight.
