Question : I have sinus pressure
light sensitive eyes
dizzyness when bend over
scratchy throat
recently began running
want to avoid anti biotics

Thanks for the query.

Your clinical history is suggestive of Allergic rhinitis .

If I were your treating Doctor for this case , I would advice you
Steam Inhalation twice daily,
Saline nasal spray or wash thrice daily ,
Plenty of fluids ,
Paracetamol twice daily ,
Antihistaminic levocetirizine + Montelukast combination tab at night till allergy subside &
Tab Vitamin C twice daily .

You will get relief .
