Brief Answer:
Allergic rhinitis most likely.

Detailed Answer:
Hi

Thank you for asking HCM.

I have gone through your query. Your problem can be most likely due to allergic rhinitis. A consultation with an ENT specialist will be helpful to rule out this.

It can be caused by exposing to allergens like dust or cold environment. Best remedy is to avoid such conditions. Dressing up properly in cold environment and wearing mask in dusty environment all help to some extent.

Montek lc (monteleukast and levocetirizine) is given as prophylactic from this. Taking this daily will be helpful to prevent such attacks. If that is not helping then corticosteroid nasal sprays will be helpful. Fluticasone nasal sprays are usually given for this. You can also take vitamin C daily.

Hope this may help you. Let me know if anything not clear.
Thanks.
