Brief Answer:
Seborrheic keratosis-a harmless skin condition; These can be cauterised

Detailed Answer:
Hello. Thank you for writing to us

I have read your query and I have also reviewed the Image.

I can see multiple, dark/ hyperpigmented, slightly raised skin lesions in this Image. These seem most likely as lesions of 'Seborrheic keratosis'.
Seborrhiec keratosis are benign. These skin lesions commonly presents as asymptomatic, flat or slightly raised macules/ papules, are frequently multiple and of various sizes, in middle aged individuals, on face and other exposed body parts like scalp and temple.
There is a genetic tendency and a family history can be noted in some patients.
Seborrheic keratosis is commonly mistaken for viral warts Or moles. However, in contrast to warts, seborrhiec keratosis is only of cosmetic concern.
Treatment, if desired involves cauterisation with an electrocautery machine.
