Brief Answer:
continue the same with some internal medicine

Detailed Answer:
Hai,
Thanks for consulting us.
As your current medication trichup is a good choice. Continue the same with XXXXXXX zareerah.

Additionally i advise you take tripala choornam 5g and amalaki rasyanam 5g twice a day .gentle massage with the oil on the scalp on alternative days will help you a lot.
As if your hair loss problem is genetically predisposed then we have to accept it. We can reduce and manage the baldness.
Stress and other precipitating factors should be addressed.
REDUCEJUNK AND FRIED ITEMS.
TRY TO TAKE STEAMED AND HEALTHY FOOD.

Hope i answered your query. Kindly let me know for further clarification.

Thanks and regards

Brief Answer:
Need further more details

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for consulting us.
Taking corticosteroid injection is not advisable. It seems to be alopecia barbae. Consult a cosmetic dermatologist to know about the side effects of corticosteroid for your problem. you need a exclusive treatment schedule in Ayurveda. Kindly let me know about age, occupation,.any other medical issues, any precipitating factor. Any new patches after you start treatment.

Brief Answer:
need a physical assessment

Detailed Answer:
Hai,
I went through your query.
I strongly suggest you to visit an ayurvedic physician personally and take advise for your problem.
Because we need to assess the cause for your hair loss problem. Most of the common cause may be auto immune and followed by stress, anxiety, depression etc.
So physical assessment by an esteemed ayurvedic physician will rule out the auyrvedic pathogenesis and plan a treatment schedule for you. It is not like modern medicine of only taking internal medication and applying some external cream or solution. It related with your immune system. So we need to assess properly and then we need to treat.
In ayurveda many steps are there like initially cleansing the body and certain medication to realign the de -arranged dosha(vatha, pitta, kapha),panchakarma procedure, diet, meditation and yoga. All together will be followed for better results.

One of our healthcaremagic ayurvedic specialist Dr.Munish sood is at XXXXXXX . so kindly contact him and take an appointment for further action.
Hope I given you clarification.

Thanks and regards
