Hi

I have gone through your reports.

Since your sister in law is tumor necrosis factor alpha positive she needs to be treated with TNF inhibitor group of drugs as TNF promotes inflammatory response in the body.

I will advise her to take monoclonal antibody group of drugs such as infliximab with doctors advise.
