Question : Im 34 weeks pregnant i passed a mucus looking thing and have been cramping along with blood in my urine. What could i have passed?

Hi dear. You most probably passed cervical mucus plug, which is passed on the onset of labour.
Consult an OBGYN specialist as soon as possible.
