Needs symptomatic treatment. Consult dentist / oral hygienist if persists
Detailed Answer:
Thank you for asking
I read your question and i understand your concern. Incisive papillary inflammation and pain at this age are mostly benign illnesses ( seen your picture, appears slightly inflamed , no worries) and secondary to many triggers like smoking, recurrent canker sores / aphthous ulcers , gastric discomfort, acid reflux disease, poor oral hygiene, hot and spicy foods, carbonated beverages and alcohol or beer etc, dry mouth, insufficient fluids intake and poor oral hygiene etc are some of the common causes of inflamed incisive papilla.
Maintain a good oral hygiene, use mouthwash and regular brushing after every meal. Saline water and garlic water mouth rinses will also help. B 12 supplements of vitamins help. Drink plenty of fluids. take soft foods like yogurt fruits etc to sooth the papilla. Avoid all the triggers mentioned above.
You may apply oral corticosteroids or anti inflammatory gels available over the counter for recurrent aphthous ulcers they will help the inflammation and relieve the pain.
If the problem persists talk to your dentist and let them have a look. I am sure slight diet and lifestyle modifications will fix the issue.
I hope it helps. take good care of yourself and dont forget to close the discussion please.
Regards
Khan
