                                    Brief Answer:
Topical steroid antibiotic combination & antihistaminic
Detailed Answer:
Hi
Thanks for being at HealthcareMagic
You seem to have developed an inflammatory reaction to insect bite.
If I was your treating doctor I would recommend you to apply steroid antibiotic combination like mometasone cream and fusidic cream on the affected areas twice daily and take antihistaminic like tablet Cetrizine 10 mg twice daily for 5-7 days.
If the swelling doesn't reduce in 2 days you may require a short course of oral steroids like tablet prednisolone 20 mg once daily for 5 days.
These are prescription drugs and you need to see the doctor in person to get them.
