Question : My husband has an open sore at the top of the crack of his butt. How can we treat it to heal it?

- Sitz bath ( sitting in a tub filled with lukewarm water 5 minutes each morning ,
evening and additionally after passing stool .
- Keep the part clean with antiseptic liquid .
- Continue antibiotic cream application .
- Prefer soft , light diet with avoidance of oily , spicy stuffs .
- Avoid sitting on hard surfaces for long period of times as well as long drives .

* Follow up after 48 hours or early if required .
