Hi,

I am Dr Anshul Varshney. I have read your query in detail. I understand your concern.

You seem to be suffering from Acute Infective Diarrhea/ Acute Gastro-Enteritis.

Most of the times the diarrhea are viral in origin and it improves with in 3-5 days without any antibiotic therapy.

I would recommend you to take:

1. Cap Enuff 100 three times a day for 3 -5 days.

2. Cap Darolac twice daily for 5 days.

You should consume yog hurt in diet that also acts as a very good natural probiotic.
In case you have any vomiting's you would require anti-emetics like Domperidone and Ondansetron.

Drink plenty Oral Rehydration syrup (ORS) for the purpose of re-hydration.
