Brief Answer:
Reactive hypoglycemia episode ,diabetes suspected.

Detailed Answer:

Hello,

It looks like a reactive hypoglycemia episode also may be associated with dehydration.
Reactive hypoglycemia is characterized by low blood sugar symptoms like fatigue, weakness, tiredness, dizziness, sweating, shakiness, palpitations, anxiety, nausea, a sensation of hunger which occur after eating a meal made of sugar or refined carbs. These reactive hypoglycemia symptoms occur in the early stages of insulin resistance.
Dehydration may accompany the glucose loss with urine.
I recommend you to do
* Fasting glucose levels
* Post prandial glucose levels
* HbA1C
to see if you are prediabetic.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
