Question : Just experienced anal bleeding. No symptoms. no pain. Just diarrhea that was all liquid and all blood.

Thanks for the query

It looks like you are suffering from dysentery which is nothing but infection of the gut. It is most often due to something you ate earlier. This is how you should go about it

1. Tab sporolac 2 tablets 3 times a day for 7 days
2. I usually start antibiotics tab ciproflocaxin with tinidazole combination for 5 days
3. drink plenty of water and keep yourself well hydrated
4. avoid milk and milk products
5, avoid oily and spicy food
6 . if symptoms does not regress please meet a surgeon
