Brief Answer:
You are suffering from Anal fissure.

Detailed Answer:
Hi & Welcome.
I appreciate your concern for the burning sensation in the anus.

I have gone through your problem and the uploaded pictures.
There is nothing to worry about it.

You seem to have developed a fissure in the anal canal and the skin tag that is visible is called as 'sentinel pile (not a cancer).

Anal fissure is a crack or tear in the anus and anal canal which is caused by some sort of trauma or passing hard stool or repeated episodes of loose motions.
Had you been my patient I would have advised you to use topical anesthetics (xylocaine or lidocaine) containing creams like FAKTU prior to a bowel movement to reduce the pain of defecation.

Besides the following measures are useful in preventing the burning sensation and the pain:

1. Avoiding hot and spicy foods, alcohol, meat, pickles, etc.
2. Take soft diet especially at night, you may have curd rice, etc.
3. Increase liquid intake avoid carbonated soft drinks.
4. Eat fruits, green vegetables, chapati made from whole flour.
5. Sitz baths (essentially soaking in a tub of warm water) after bowel movements, to relax the spasm, to increase the flow of blood to the anus, and to clean the anus without rubbing the irritated skin.

Hope to have answered your query, however I shall attend your followup query if you have.

Best regards.

Brief Answer:
Features are suggestive of pinched nerve in the neck

Detailed Answer:
Hi & Welcome back.
Glad to know that you are feeling better now.

Regarding your problem of pain and numbness I have reviewed the uploaded x rays I am of the opinion there are some degenerative changes and new bone (osteophytes) formation in the neck vertebrae resulting in pressure on the nerves that supply your hands.

For the pain you can take some NSAID pain killers like Diclofenace along with Mecobalmine tablets. Avoid forward bending, avoid using soft pillow avoid prolonged sessions on the desktop.

An orthopedic consultation is recommended for further examination and workup to reach the right diagnosis and appropriate management.
Regarding your cough there is nothing to worry for the lung cancer.

It seems you have some sort of upper respiratory tract infection for that you can take a course of antibiotics like Amoxicillin along with mucolyte like Ambroxol beside you can have steam inhalation for the relief of nasal congestion.

Hope to have answered your query.
Best regards.

Brief Answer:
Suggestive of cervical spondylosis.

Detailed Answer:
Hi!
Thanks for your query.

After having gone through the uploaded x rays of the neck vertebrae (cervical spine) it seems to me you have a condition in which the spaces between the neck vertebrae are reduced that could be the cause of compression on the nerves originating from the neck which supply your arms, fore arms, etc.

If you have pain you can take some NSAID pain killers like Diclofenace along with Mecobalmine tablets.
Avoid forward bending, avoid using soft pillow avoid prolonged sessions on the desktop.

An Orthopedic consultation is recommended for further clinical examination and advice.

Hope I could answer your query.

Best regards.

Answered by Dr. Mohammed Taher Ali (59 minutes later)
Brief Answer:
X ray is suggestive of bronchitis.

Detailed Answer:
Hi Welcome.

If you do not smoke, no cough, no fever, etc then what was the need to have the chest x rays?

There are prominent bronchovascular markings in your chest x ray which are suggestive of bronchitis suspected to be allergic one.

I advise you to consult a physician for a properly conducted clinical examination and further management.

If you do not have any thing to ask more, kindly close this discussion after rating the answers.

Best wishes.
