Brief Answer:
needs fissurotomy

Detailed Answer:
Hi
Thanks for writing to us.
Persistent anal fissure with skin tag needs removal by fissurotomy.
It is a minor procedure done in day care procedure.
Don't worry your daughter will be fine after the procedure.
Ensure soft stools with stool softeners like lactulose or isapghul for a week after the procedure.
Do ensure adequate water intake.
Wishing your daughter speedy recovery.
Regards
Dr Arun
