Brief Answer:
Consult Surgical Gastroentrologist
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Thanks for your query.
It could be the recurrence or aggravated fissure this time too.
You may have to consult a Surgical gastroentrologist to get examined and plan a suitable management.
Meanwhile do take laxatives like Cremaffin or Isabgol husk after food in the night everyday. This will soften the stool and reduce the bleeding and the discomfort.
Wish you good health.
