Brief Answer:
Take seitz bath generously.

Detailed Answer:
Hi

Is it acutely developed or a chronic one?

It needs just seitz bath 3-4 times, intake of plenty water and other measure to soften stool consistency. It will heal within few days. If not, then visit a surgeon, who will assess the severity.

Don't see a need for antibiotic yet.

I hope it is clear. If still have query, I ll be more than happy to help.
Have a nice day.

Dear Doctor,
I am having sitz bath 2-3time since last 2 days and i dont think that alone will solve the problem..today i started combiflam to reduce the internal pain/inflammation ..have also been checking my temperature when the effect of the paracemetol wears off the temp rises up.The pain when i pass stools not too hard is quite high.

Temperature since yesterday morning ... pain problem started since day before ... Please advise what i have to do and what medicines can help me temporarily.

Brief Answer:
Pay a visit to a surgeon

Detailed Answer:
Hi
Welcome back.
Seitz bath heal all minor fissures. Please visit a surgeon, if it is not relieving in spite of all the measures described above. An examination to see the severity is necessary at this point of time.
Meantime you can continue combiflame medication.

Hope it is clear now. If you still have more queries, ask me. I will be more than happy to answer.

God bless.
