Brief Answer:
Symptoms likely to be due to anal fissure

Detailed Answer:
Hi
Welcome to Healthcaremagic
Greetings of the day
Dear Sir

Going by description of your symptoms it is likely to be due to anal fissure. Exact diagnosis will depend on clinical examination.

Following are predisposing factors

1. Decreased intake of fiber in diet

2. Decreased intake of water

I would suggest you the following

1. Ensure good intake of water : 2 to 3 liter a day

2.
High fiber diet
: 2 servings of vegetable salad and 2 servings of fruits especially citrus fruit will ensure adequate intake of fiber in diet.

3. Laxatives like Lactulose will be helpful

Do get a thorough physical examination from your Physician.

Do get back to me if you need any further assistance, will be glad to assist you.

Take care
