Brief Answer:
Anal fissure to be considered

Detailed Answer:
Hi
Welcome to Healthcare-Magic
Greetings of the day

Dear Sir,

Burning sensation in anus is likely to be due to following two causes

1. Anal fissure

2. Thrombosed Hemoorhoids

Exact diagnosis will depend on clinical examination. I would suggest you to consult your Physician for further clinical examination and assessment. In the meantime i would suggest you the following

1. Hot Seitz Bath: To a tub of lukewarm water add 2 spoon of antispetic solution. Sit in it immersing your bottom for 15-20 minutes each session twice a day. The warmthness of water will relax the muscle and help relive burning sensation

2. Analgesic like Ibuprofen will help

3. LAxative like Lactulose will help in stool softening and reduce pain while passing stools

4. Local application local anaesthetic ointment will be helpful

Do get back to me if you need any further assistance, will be glad to assist you.

Wishing you and your family a very happy and healthy life.

Take Care
