Question : I have fissure in piles and also had operated it but problem is still there

Hi
1.What was the grade of piles?
2.Whether lateral sphincterotomy was done for Fissure?
Even after surgery, Life style modifications have to be done
-You should take High fiber diet,drink plenty of liquids,eat fresh fruits and vegetables. Your stool should be soft.
-Laxative like Lactulose solution has to be taken after supper
-Non vegetarian food has to be stopped
If the stool is soft,the symptoms will subside.

Thanks for briefing me can you suggest medicine for that for healing of post operative wound or fissure please prescribe few Medicine

Diet is main.

Hi
Dietary modifications have to be followed.
I prescribe Ointment containing Lignocaine and Sucralfate for anal application. I also add Lactulose solution 10 to 15ml at bed time.
Anti inflammatory tablets have to be given if there is pain.
If your stool is soft,there is no need of any medication.
