Question : I had some cracks or cuts on my anus they did bleed a little. They were not painful. At this time I was also diagnosed with bv and a possible yeast infection. I'm curious if this is a simple anal fissure or herpes?

Cracks are more suggestive of anal fissures and it is rare to have anal herpes unless you have had herpes somewhere else. Herpes often presents with ulcers and not cracks. On another note, monitor only now. If they were herpes, then this will occur sometime in future. For now, be calm and monitor only.
