Suggest Treatment For Anal Fistula

Question: Kindly prescribe me antibiotics for fistula in - ano. Please give me the name of the medicine and its full course to be taken. Presently I have slight fever and pus is present in the fistula though there are not much, and not paining or other troubles because of the fistula. Stopping other medicines for now, I want to take antibiotics for fistula first. ( Fistula in-ano in me has been already for three years now)

I would be more than happy to do so:

+Metronidazole 500 mg: One tablet to be taken twice a day for 10 days (after breakfast and after dinner)
+Vancomycin (best to be taken IV at a hospital): But otherwise 125 mg capsule to be taken twice daily for 10 days
+Any laxative syrup or capsule (e.g. dulcolax) to be taken once daily
+Antacids: Eg. ranitidine, omeprazole, etc; to be taken 15 minutes before each meal for 10 days
+Nifedipine 20 mg one tablet every morning for 5 days
