Question: hello - I have diverticultis. I was in the emergncy clinic last night, and had a CAT scan of my anus and bowel. What is the treatment of a fistula , where I have discharge from both my anus and my vagina ? . XXXX

Do you have the results of the CT scan? That would help.

Anywat, it seems you've got a fistula, or connection between anus and vagina. Presumably due to infection. So the treatment is control of the infection with antibiotics followed by surgery to close the fistula.

That should stop the abnormal discharge.
