Question : Hi doctor,
I have had an itchy anus for quite some time.
I've tried home remedies like including bitter gourd in my diet and even tried yakult sometimes.
The itching reduces after I pass stool, but comes back in a few hours.
pls suggest.

I would suggest a deworming with albendazole along with a stool softener like psyllium husk. these are available over the counter however I suggest that you consult your doctor regarding the dose.
