Brief Answer:
If blood is noted in feces, go to ER for immediate evaluation...

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

I have gone through your medical history carefully and understood your concerns.

You are reporting to have :
- anal pain for 3 days now
- wiping too hard or too often during these days
- noted blood in stool
- your gallbladder removed
- ongoing diarrhea.

Taking into account your reports, the factors might be:
1. hemorrhoids (if not noted externally, you might notice inside)
2. laceration of anal mucosa/skin due to wiping too hard or too often

However, if I was your caring doctor would advise to go to ER and get further diagnostic tests to determine why you are having bleeding:
- fecal occult blood testing
- culture of feces
- examination of feces for ova/parasites

and to schedule colonoscopy for further evaluations.

For the moment, I advise to:
- stop wiping your anal area too hard or too often
- keep a good local hygiene
- can apply zinc oxide cream to the anal area to get any possible laceration healed

Hope it was of help!
