Brief Answer:
If you do not have hemorrhoids then it must be related to fecal matter

Detailed Answer:
Hello sir and welcome.

Thank you for writing to us.

I have gone through your query with diligence and would like you to know that I am here to help. In majority of cases with anal soreness who do not have any underlying condition the cause is poor hygiene or related to a small amount of fecal matter being expelled or left behind after passing bowels.

In such circumstances I would recommend you to make sure you clean the anal region well enough after each bowel movement and also twice a day, and dry the area with a towel after. After this, use any cold cream and apply graciously over the region. This can be done for about 3-5 days and you should experience an improvement. If at all you do not, then please take clear images of the region and attach them to our discussion and write back to me and I shall guide you from there on.

I hope you find my response helpful. Please feel free to write back to me for any further clarifications, I am always here to help.

Best wishes.

Hi.

Anything should do, most of my patients reported to use Johnsons baby cold cream and found relief with that. You can use any cold cream you have as well.

Best wishes. :)

Brief Answer:
Who prescribed the 2 creams?

Detailed Answer:
Hi sir.

Were the 2 creams you were using prescribed by a doctor, or did you choose to take it yourself, or did your pharmacist at the drug store recommend them?

Best wishes.
