Podophyllin

Detailed Answer:
Hello
Anal warts can be treated with podophyllin application however it needs to be applied by a trained person as it can cause burning.
Itch might be due to fungal infection.
Apply ointment clotrimazole twice daily for two weeks.
It is safe and effective and usually available over the counter.
You can try this.
If possible upload a photograph of the involved area.
This will help me in giving a closer diagnosis and better way of management.
