I have read your question and I have also reviewed the image.

Angiokeratoma is best treated by fulguration with an electrocautry machine. Medicines wont work for angiokeratomas. I suggest that you visit a dermatologist in your region for the needful.

it cure 50%
so I apply it or not

Hi.

No. Apple Cidar Vinegar would have no effect on Angiokeratoma. It might appear as if it has reduced temporarily but it would recur. Angiokeratoma is best treated by burning it off i.e Fulguration with an Electrocautery Or CO 2 Laser

doctor suggest me that
