Brief Answer:
NSAID + seratiopeptidase..

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

At the outset it is important to identify the nature and severity of injury. Therefore if the pain is severe and limits her walking ability to great extent, I will urge you to visit an orthopedic surgeon.

In the meanwhile, I suggest the following measures:
1. Rest the affected leg and avoid walking and straining.
2. Ice the affected ankle
3. Start NSAID + seratiopeptidase. If she was to be my patient, I would start tab zerodol TH twice a day half an hour after food for 3-5 days.
4. Keep the limb elevated while at rest.

Hope this helps.

Regards
