Question : I have had anorexia nervosa for a number of years and have not had a period for 10. My health is better but my weight still low. I am 32 now but If I gain weight will my periods return and am I likely to be able to still conceive?

It is good to know that you are better and are recovering. Although you haven't had your periods for the last ten years, you are still young and have many more years of reproductive life. It is possible for your menses to return when you gain weight and your body heals. Once menses return, it would be possible for you to conceive. Please do not worry about the future. Just concentrate on getting healthier and stronger, taking things one day at a time.
