Question : "to be answered by dr XXXXXXX Abraham" hey doc so i need your honest opinion what do i do i can no longer deal with what im going through what do i need to go back to the doctors and say or have done i need to find out what this is i have going on asap i almost considered the hospital but i go back to doctors next Friday i dont even know if i can wait that long something has to be done about this i cannot go another year in misery like this honestly i cant i cant do it anymore i dont kno what to do every thing just runs through my head i have dreams about having herpes or hiv like thays how bad it has gotten to me im dreaming about this crap
im just so scared so terrified :(

You have been tested for HIV and herpes , right ?
Those reports are negative, so please stop thinking along those lines.
I think you need a Counsellor ( Psychologist ) more than anything.
You need to increase the dosage of Nortryptiline, and get the laser done on the private parts.

They are very simple tests, ask for them when you go to the hospital next.
You need to have the reports in hand, so that you stop thinking obsessively about those two things.
