Brief Answer: ... Detailed Answer: Hi... Thanks for writing in... There are other medical causes for anxiety ... eg anaemia, thyroid disorders, low/high blood sugars, Vitamin deficiencies etc. However, once the medical disorders are ruled out as the cause, then it is attributed to just anxiety. The investigations that are usually necessary...Hemoglobin, blood sugars, TSH, Vitamin B12 and Vitamin D levels. I am assuming all these were done plus others. Since your EKG is normal, don't worry. Sign up for yoga classes or relaxation classes. In the long run,It will help you relax, and might reduce your symptoms . Hope this helps. Regards, Dr. Divya Kuttikrishnan
