You may be prescribed another medicine of preferably SSRI group.
Detailed Answer:
Dear XXXXX,
Welcome to Health Care Magic.
It is a wise decision to ask health related query here.
As you told you are suffering from anxiety and despite taking tablet clonazem (Epitril) you are experiencing frequent anxiety episodes almost everyday.
The medicine you are taking is a benzodiazepine group of anxiolytic drug that is used for short term to control anxiety symptoms. But this is not the actual remedy for this illness.
Most commonly psychiatrists use a medicine of SSRI group for long term and better control of anxiety. In your case, anticipatory anxiety is more common as you anticipate fainting and giddiness (head movement) more often.
So Epitril is not helping you much. Further Epitril has abuse potential.
You need to be prescribed another medicine. You may continue Epitril for some more time till effect of other medicine comes. Meanwhile you adopt a destressing life style with good nutritious diet, regular exercise, yoga/meditation, enough rest, recreation, socialisation and sleep. Spend some time with pet or near nature, listen to your favorite/soothing music at evenings, talk to your dear ones on phone, and take a break from hasty life on weekends.
I hope it answers your query, I welcome any further query if any.
