Brief Answer:
Please visit a psychiatrist

Detailed Answer:
Hello,

I have gone through your question in detail and I can understand what you are going through.

You will not starve to death; but there may be other nutritional deficiency conditions arising.

It seems that you have an anxiety disorder probably a phobia. It might have started with an episode of choking and since then you are afraid about the choking. It needs both medical and psychological treatment. Among the medical treatments, you may require escitalopram or mirtazapine or fluoxetine along with clonazepam or lorazepam etc. But along with these medicines you will require psychotherapy in the form of behaviour therapy. Systematic desensitization in the therapy required for this kind of problem.

You will not starve to death. You need a visit to a psychiatrist who can evaluate you in further detail and then yo should be fine. Your mind is in trouble.

Hope I am able to answer your concerns.
If you have any further query, I would be glad to help you.

I have also been drinking boost nutritional drinks. Thankfully I see my psychiatrist this morning. Should I schedule a doctors appointment seperatly? Or go to an emergency room for my eating issue?
